("EducateLife," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the EducateLife Mobile app (the "App"). By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

4. Free and Premium Features

4.1. Freemium Model: The App operates on a freemium model, offering both free and premium features.
4.2. Free Users: Free users have access to audiobook summaries in both Hindi and English but may be subjected to advertisements during audio playback. Free users cannot download audiobooks for offline use.
4.3. Premium Users: Premium users can enjoy an ad-free experience, have the ability to download audiobooks for offline use, and access additional premium content.

5. Privacy and Data Collection

5.1. Privacy Policy: Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website. By using the App, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Termination

6.1. Termination by User: You may terminate this Agreement at any time by deleting the App from your device.
6.2. Termination by EducateLife: EducateLife reserves the right to terminate this Agreement, restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason.

7. Changes to the Agreement

EducateLife may update or modify this Agreement at any time. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
